Wow! This place is definitely worth a visit! Joana is an amazing host that ensures that her guests get the best possible stay at her guest house located high up on the hillside. The rooms are incredibly cozy that fits really well into the town's atmosphere. In the morning she prepares traditional Albanian breakfast, enjoyed with the beautiful view over the mountains and Gjirokaster castle. Highly recommend to stay here!

Staying at Hotel Musée was a dreamy experience, as if we'd been transported to another era. We were offered an upgrade and the room was absolutely beautiful and charming, perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly to us and accommodated our needs. On top of it all, the views from the breakfast terrace are delightful and one cannot help but keep staring at the immensity of the mountains in front of us. Definitely recommend!

The view was AMAZING, the room was very clean and nice with a lovely patio, and breakfast was both delicious and so much food! We also had dinner in the restaurant, and it was very good.

We stayed for one day and had a wonderful experience. The host and her family were extremely kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a drink and cheese upon our arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend staying here!

Very lovely and quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. If you travel by car and plan to visit Gjirokaster, then it is a great place to stay. Gjirokaster is full of tourists and busy, so you can relax and enjoy some peace in Bujtina Sophie. You can visit historical and amazing church next door, take some great walks and enjoy good food. I really loved baked cheese with figs and pistachios. Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and room was clean. It is a great place to stay to take some time off and just enjoy the peace.

A last minute stop over that did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in you are provided a car park and made to feel welcome and provided with all the information for your stay in Gjirokaster by the host. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and great pressure on the shower. I would highly recommend and would visit again.
