We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The self check-in process was smooth and incredibly convenient a great feature that made arrival stress-free. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Nice area close to the mountains and lakes (with car, not sure about public transport). But what amazed me most is the breakfast: one can cook own breakfast: there are small ovens with pans, and ready cut ingredients and you can cook your own omelette :) and other stuff too of course. Made the breakfast very inviting

The location is really nice, a quiet area in the Alps. A beautiful lake can be found by driving 8 minutes to the south. There is a swimming pool which can be used, and it has a great view of the sunset (behind the alps). The property also has a large yard, which I assume could also be used. The apartment itself is in an old house, renovated and nicely decorated. We spent one night there, but it had everything we needed. Even in summer, the nights were nice and chilly for a good nights sleep. We met some of the neighbours at the pool and at the parking lot, and everyone was really nice and friendly.

The location of the property is really magnificent - in the center of a small mountain town, with a view on the mountains and an old church. Another great plus point is the authenticity of the place. It is actually a XIX (maybe XVIII) century guest house!

Honestly an amazing experience. The building itself is older and nothing special but the appartment is great with AMAZING balcony views. It's unreal, loved and enjoyed the view so much! Beds are comfy, flat is clean, kitchen does the job and the shower is great too, really hot water which I enjoyed after a whole day hike. You had everything you need: shampoo, towels, hair dryer, kitchen items, microwave etc. It's a perfect spot to explore the nearby area and the lakes and mountains are within a short drive so Tauplitz location is perfect. 100% recommended.
