I am very pleased with my stay and I don't know where such poor opinions came from. I had a clean room, cleaned every day and towels changed. The hotel staff was very helpful and check-in took 5 minutes. Maybe 5 stars is too much for this hotel but the quality to price ratio is also very good.

We were off to a good start with free airport shuttle. Our room was in 6th floor overlooking road with a balcony, we loved the space, and it was peacefully quiet when window and curtains were closed. We felt instantly welcomes with complimentary juice drinks. Staffs, especially Yusuf, were very helpful. The area is big with gym and pool, we enjoyed swimming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The cafe inside hotel was such a cozy place. We actually loved staying in this hotel very much. Would recommend 10/10.

The room is very spacious, and it felt just right in all respects. The furniture and the fittings were all great. Breakfast was pretty good with adequate continental options. The restaurant at the rooftop provides great food with a beautiful view of the sea beach.

Staff is very helpful and kind to guests specially with foreigner guest like me .... Staff and management is very flexible and kind as they grant me room before 1 hour of check-in time as they saw that i was fell very tired of long bus journey dhaka to Cox's bazar.... Thankyou
