Little gold mine of a hotel in a really great location to explore the city. The stay was super cheap for the amazing quality of rooms and staff. I went there in winter so maybe it's not the same year round, but unlike Mons, there was a free parking lot close by. Also located right next to a big wholesale grocery store (Colruyt) and water park (Le Point d'Eau)

All the staff we interacted with, special mention to Mike Andreoli at the reception at night who was tireless! His availability and wiling to solve an issue we had with the taxi that was supposed to pick us up at the airport! The breakfast with plenty of options, all fresh. The usual quality of the rooms and beds at a Novotel. The location, right in the city centre, convenient and quick access from the airport, perfect for a quick stroll and a short walk of the Charleroi Central train station where we went when we left the city. For those with car there's an underground car park right below with direct access to the hotel and a discounted price for guests. I don't usually give a perfect score, but in fact it fulfilled all that was expected and more. That one night stay was a perfect start for our mini vacation.

We have stayed at the hotel for 1 week. We really enjoyed our staying and we were glad that we chose this hotel in Mons. The hotel is situated close to the main sights within a short walking distance. Our room was modern and spacious. The breakfast was with a big variety of different dishes. We have visited the restaurant at the hotel in the evening 5 times and we liked both the food and a special vibe which is there. We really wanted to come back to enjoy tasty dishes and a pleasant atmosphere. Parking at the hotel free of charge is another advantage. The employees of the hotel and restaurant were attentive and gave us a positive welcoming. We would definitely like to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable and restful night. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no noise disturbances, which made for a great sleep. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even better. The room was very spacious. Sauna took little time to heat up. Sauna and jacuzzi in the room was an excellent alternative for a spa if you want something more private.
