Room had really good facilities. Showers and bed were all comfy and of quality. There was even a tea corner as well. There was breakfast provided as well and the spread was really extensive.

Staff there takes care of you. They walk you to the room show you around and are in general very helpful and friendly. And the facilities are top notch. And there are little extras uncommon for hostels - the water bottle on your bedside table, the slippers provided for you ... Highly recommended!

The standard of the hotel is adequate. The location is also very central in Changsha. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location is near a metro station, which is very easy to use to get around.

A bad experience but a very touching story. Traveled from Thailand. When I arrive at the hotel I forgot my wallet in the taxi. Which also have my passport in there. I didn’t know much Information about the taxi, I can’t remember the license plate number or the brand of the car. All I know is that it was a blue sedan and it was in an old condition. Keikio, the hotel manager, was very skilled, gentle, and helped me very well. Contacting the police makes me get my bag back quickly. There's no harm in it for me. But I'm very impressed by Keikio the manager. Thanks again to her.
