We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. It’s right near the West Gate into Zhangjiajie National Park. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She helpfully provided us with all the info we need, giving us tips and maps and booking our tickets for us. She drove us to the park entrance on the golf cart and in to town for dinner or to buy snacks. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay special! We absolutely loved it and can’t recommend it enough!!

They didn't just host us, they made us feel like old friends visiting. From ensuring our room was cozy and clean to sharing local tips and stories, their down to earth approach created an atmosphere that was more than just a place to stay—it was a home away from home. The personal connection we formed with them turned a simple accommodation into a wonderful journey filled with laughter, shared moments, and a genuine sense of care. It's not often you find hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. They really went out of their way to help us, even advising where to go for vegan food and cooking is a delicious vegan breakfast! It's hard to pinpoint anything negative about our stay. The location was a short stroll from the town center, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. Being within short driving distance of Baofeng Lake, Grand Canyon, Glass Bridge, and the National Park was a definite plus. They helped us in getting discounted tickets too, which made everything hassle free and budget friendly!

Heh, just got back from our stay and WOW, these folks really know how to make you feel welcomed, eh? Right after booking, they reached out super politely to confirm everything and even offered a smooth airport pickup (nice black SUV, on time and comfy!), which set a fantastic tone. The level of genuine care here is something else. We loved how the whole staff, especially our dedicated butler team, went above and beyond. They weren't just 'fixing things'; they were actively helpful and friendly, chatted with us about what we fancied doing (hikes, shows, tours), sorted out all our tickets, and booked exactly the rides we needed, hassle-free. It felt seamless and personal, not fussy or over-the-top, which we really appreciated. But seriously, the pool area? Gorgeous! Huge, sparkling clean, and surrounded by stunning mountain views – honestly felt like a hidden gem right here in Zhangjiajie! Perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You gotta see it! Breakfast was spot on too – great variety, fresh, and plenty of Timmy's-style coffee fixings (a real plus for us Canucks!). All in all, just a top-notch, genuinely friendly, and incredibly relaxing stay. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Felt like a true "home away from home" with some serious pampering when we wanted it. Major kudos to the entire team for getting it so right. Will definitely be back!

This is extremely amazing hotel with nice facilities, super comfortable rooms, free laundry service and generally amazing service. Joanna, front desk manager, contacted us in advance on WhatsApp, suggested us on our plans and booked all the tickets for us- such a great help!
