I think the thing i liked the most was the kindness and support i got from Miss Xei (i don't know if its correctly written sorry 😂) she was 200% helpful, kind, always thoughtful and helped a lot building my plan in the park! Even helped me find so really good typical restaurants! Thank you so very much! I couldn't do it without you! I'm just so sorry i could not say goodbye personally!

Our stay at Pandora Vista Retreat was nothing short of amazing! I was here for only one day, but it was amazing! Thanks Woody and Emer for making my small trip so bright and nice🥰 I was consulting with them about hiking and sightseeing, they helped me so much! They booked all the tickets by themselves so I don’t need to struggle with it. My room was good, I was living with one girl the room for 4 people, there’s enough place in the room, and the toilet is okay too. Everything’s clean, they have all the necessary things like towel, toothbrush and etc. On the first floor there’s a great place to rest, to eat a meal and to have a good talk with Emer and Woody, Emer knows English very good and have a lot of stories to tell))) they also gifted me a map, where they showed me all the ways I can go in the national park, it was so helpful. In one day I saw everything I needed thanks to them. Before going for hiking they offered me a breakfast for free and it was so sweet from them!!!! I really liked the taste of noodles, this is unusual breakfast for Russian tourists but I really enjoyed it, soooo tasty 😋 they made my whole trip!

This lovely hotel is located near the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, within a 10 minute taxi ride and is very convenient. Housekeeper lucy. Very helpful with planning our trip and booking all relevant tickets in advance The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the price was good. This was the first hotel I've stayed in and I was lucky to be able to find one. In addition, there is even a free laundry service if you need to do laundry during your trip. All in all a great hotel.

Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.
