Absolutely everything! The bed was really comfortable and the room was super spacious with lots of storage options:) The bathroom was also very big and so was the shower. We loved the rustic style of the hotel and that it’s located right in the city center. There’s a supermarket right around the corner and many good restaurants are only a few steps away. But what we liked most about our stay was the hotel staff! They were always super friendly, helped us with everything and were always extremely patient with our little spanish☺️The breakfast was very delicious and I would strongly recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant because the cook is really good!! We really couldn’t have had a more pleasant stay:)

We found the location the most beautiful, wonderfully quiet on a mountain slope of the Andes. The service was perfect and we were welcomed by a very friendly manager / owner who also speaks English and German. The service from the manager was great. He brought the food if you ordered it and it tasted great.
