I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bedouin Lounge in Luxor, Egypt for two nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the secluded farm setting on the West Bank, which provided a tranquil and authentic atmosphere. Undoubtedly, if you stay you have to try the delicious tajin cooked fresh by the talented chefs at the Bedouin Lounge. The flavors were simply divine, and each dish was a delightful culinary journey. The attention to detail and the use of locally sourced ingredients truly showcased the rich Egyptian cuisine. What truly sets this place apart is the warm and welcoming staff who treat you like family. In particular, Mohammed went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. His genuine care and attentiveness made me feel right at home, and I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional hospitality. Additionally, the Bedouin Lounge offers a range of fantastic tours that allow you to explore the wonders of Luxor. Whether it's visiting the ancient temples or cruising along the Nile, the staff will help you plan and organize your excursions. What impressed me the most was the fair pricing for these tours, ensuring that you get the best value for your money. In conclusion, my stay at the Bedouin Lounge was an absolute delight. The combination of the secluded farm setting, the mouthwatering tajin, and the exceptional staff, especially Mohammed, made it a truly unforgettable experience. I really recommend this apartment and especially the host! We felt very welcoming and comfortable staying at Mustafa’s place. He and his family were very friendly and helpful, we even got a free room upgrade! The breakfast was phenomenal and super delicious. The building’s location is further outside from the touristic zone at the river bank which we enjoyed. On the rooftop you will get a nice view over the landscape as well.

The apartments are clean and cool, well situated on the corniche of Nile West bank. Shops and restautants are a short walk away, and both ferries to the East bank as well as taxis to sights like Valley of the Kings, the Collossi of Memnon etc are easily found. The rooftop terrace affords spectacular views of the mountains to the west; to the East the Nile, teeming with sailboats and small ferries, the Luxor skyline behind it, and stunning sunrises over the Luxor Temple directly opposite on the far bank. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this magic place.
