Big room ,great beds ,great pool and sauna great staff, didn't try the food as already had plans with family ,but I'm sure it would be good .

We had a fantastic stay at Brockencote Hall! The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable and the food was delicious. The location is incredible, stunning property and in a beautiful rural setting!

Lovely location, ground floor room which was handy. Very welcoming & helpful reception staff , W red had a bit of a wait for our dinner, which wasn’t ideal as we were tired and wanted to get go bed, the young man behind the bar couldn’t apologise enough & offered us complimentary drinks after our meal, which was very much appreciated 👍🏻

The staff are very friendly. Rooms nice, bed comfortable. English breakfast good and plenty. There is a lounge with a bar nice to relax and have a drink. We liked the outdoor terrace looking out to a very beautiful large garden. We have stayed there a few times. My family have had a few events there. If you decide to go back to your room after breakfast to relax, the staff would come back later and that without no pressure no matter what time. In the superior bedroom we stayed in was a bathrobe with slippers and it was really nice and soft like a teddy bear that I ended up buying one at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Southcrest Hotel.
