very helpful staff, room was cold when we arrived but a phone call to reception soon had a portable heater which warmed the room up very quickly, thank you to the young lady who brought it up and set it up.

Gorgeous location - absolutely unbeatable. Beautiful park, pond, swans, like a fairy tale. Fantastic Medieval Banquet. Beautiful breakfast location that you actually want to wake up to.
