Fantastic stay here. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, well stocked and nice fresh towels and bedding. Shared bathroom was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was beautiful, cooked to perfection and excellent range of choices. I ate everything in sight! Location very good for town centre and train station., 5 minute walk.

In 8 acres of landscaped grounds roamed by deer and Letchworth black squirrels, house features a pool, a gym and free Wi-Fi. voco Letchworth Hall by IHG also has ample free parking.

The hotel and surrounding manor buildings were beautiful and unique. Everything was clean and cozy. Food from the bar and during the breakfast was delicious. As I was a guest to the wedding event that took place there, I could see that the staff there gave their all to make it run smoothly and that everything could be perfect, everyone was friendly and lovely.

This is one of the nicest value for money hotels which I have stayed in. You cannot ask for nicer, more helpful, professional staff, NOTHING was too much effort. If I am in the part of the country again, I would be so happy to stay here

The hotel is so welcoming. From the receptionist who was so welcoming to the cleaners, who really take pride in the service they provide. My room was beautiful. Outstandingly clean and the bed was simply divine. I had a very peaceful stay and you really can’t hear other guests as the rooms seem so well insulated. The bar was a lovely place to spend time if your on your own as I was. I can totally recommend the Steaks on offer. The Bavette Steak was amazing. I hope to stay again soon as it was a total pleasure being there. Excellent Hotel.

We liked the room, it was inviting, nice, clean, soothing design, comfortable. we had a 1 night stay before an early flight, so we didn't see much around, or had breakfast, only rest, and night sleep.
