This property is in a beautiful location with such interesting, fun activities to do. We enjoyed the safari and bird walk. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis, carrem and the delicious food! Then the surprise of waking to deer sleeping on the grass outside the door was such a treat! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The hospitality is second to non. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The room is extremely clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The place is so peaceful and relaxing and the view from the terrace is lovely. The tour with guide Daniel was really amazing. I learnt so much about the forest. He can really help you understand how nature works in this area. So much more than spotting animals. Manu helped me organize so many things to make our trip work out well. If you watch the film Elephant Whisperer you will see what this area is all about. Despite not having a car to get there or away we still had a great time with help and introductions from Manu. Thank you and all the staff at Labdhi for a wonderful few days.

the hospitality from the manager was great. He was verry helpful to organise our travel. the safari organised from Green hills was better as this one from Mudumalay. even if we don't see the tiger.

We had a delightfull stay in ooty with Gladwin and family in the Church Hill Cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in ooty. Very quiet location, close walking to st Stephen's church and botanical gardens& charing cross. Close to local delicious eateries. Gladwin kindly helped us arrange local excursions around ooty and coonor area and we are forever greatfull for your help. If you need a wonderful stay in ooty here is a must

The rooms are super clean and well maintained. Staff are extremely courteous and always greet all their customers with a smile. The hospitality was top notch and it made our stay even more comfortable. Kudos to the entire staff and management at The Serai Bandipur for being such an amazing host. Location of the hotel is very good, close to Rose Garden. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Kids have an activity room, also this hotel has a Spa with excellent services. Breakfast spread was excellent, wide variety to choose from.
