We like everything about property right from entry to exit..the staff is very cooperative all r happy faces..front desk Aarif Bhat,Shakir Hussain,Danish fayaz,security-Aasiq,S waheed-Ip..food was awesome Gawhar restaurant executive has guided us very well for food items ..chefs manish n wassem has very amazing taste of food..hotel is very clean n neat..toilets were hygienic n clean bed we very comfy..overall our stay was best had best time and lovely memories 😇

The staff was very good and helpful and the manager was very courteous, hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property is brand new in top notch condition. Manager helped us in arranging reliable cab from Srinagar airport itself, and we ended up using the cab the entire time during our 4-day trip on Kashmir. Manager provided us with very good recommendations of things to do in and around Sonmarg and in rest of the trip as well. We would recommend Arco to all our friends and family. Food was amazing and we received absolute royal treatment from the team.

The receptionist was amazing. He was very clam and helpful. He even sounded a make shift yoga mat for us.
