The sheep roaming outside. Staff gave good advice on where to find puffins. Building is well equipped and beautiful.

The hotel had a very big room in the center of Vik. The room was huge and very cozy. The breakfast was amazing and the place very silent. I would have stayed longer. The staff was great as well.

It is a simply perfect location with an amazing Mountain view. The sky was clear to see the perfect Aurora. However, a full Moon interfered. I was still able to get some pictures of it! The dinner buffet was delicious and fresh! Irina at the front desk was so professional and accommodating!

Setting was great, not far from Vik. We ate at the hotel in the evening which was lovely and big servings. Breakfast great loads of choice.

My family and I recently had a wonderful stay at Guðrún’s place in Vik. The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even provided homemade waffle mix, jam and cheese, which were absolutely delicious and a lovely touch. The property was spotless and very well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything needed for cooking. The furnishings were tasteful and cozy, making the space feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Guðrún’s place for anyone visiting Vik!

The location was very easy to find just off the main road. GPS took us directly there. The room was very clean and our shared bathroom was located just steps from our room. We had a nice window that opened up to view the horses in the back. We paid for the breakfast in the morning so it made it super convenient. The waffles were the star of the breakfast offerings. My daughter LOVED that there were super friendly horses just outside which would come to the fence for her to pet.
