The property is absolutely beautiful with a nice pool offering the opportunity to cool off. The receptionist was friendly, we received all the necessary information. There was a bottle of delicious wine that welcomed us in the room, which is spaceous and minimalistic. We liked our stay very much.

A truly wonderful and peaceful place — I enjoyed every moment of my stay! Thank you to the owner for personally meeting us and showing us the apartments. He was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect: calm and surrounded by fresh air and greenery — an ideal spot to relax after the busy pace of cities like Venice and Trieste. The house itself is amazing, built with beautiful brick and wood, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms were full of their own character, and the kitchen was absolutely one-of-a-kind. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was prepared with care. I truly enjoyed the experience 100% and would love to return again.

Very nice and quiet location. We had a cosy apartment with a really comfortable bed. Patricia is a great host, we felt to be welcomed, she left us additional coffee on the door in the morning ;-)

We spent once more a fantastic evening in the restaurant on Jan 30 and an unforgettable New year's Eve dinner there (for the second time in a row). We had dinner at their restaurant and it was supsupurb . Staff was helpful and efficient. Our train was leaving very early in the morning before the restaurant for breakfast was open at 6:30 am. The night before they asked us what we wanted for breakfast from their menu and opened early for us and we were served promptly. Breakfast is included and served with both hot and cold selections. Good location. Very clean and quiet.

We have got what we expected! A Nice swimming pool on a hot day. In walking distance from the town and restaurants. Very nice stuff must be pointed out! Tasty breakfast with good☕ and fresh brioche.
