We really like this family run hotel with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Every time we stay there, we feel like not just guests, but part of the family, like at home. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is immersed in a flowering garden, and the balconies offer stunning views of the pine trees, the soft hills of Tuscany and the sea. We were going south from Pisa and needed a place to stay close to Grosseto. We chose this one and it was a good option. The hosts communicated well and clear. We could do self check in. The property is in a charming courtyard with large Umbrella pine trees and tangerine trees. The villa is beautiful, elegant, many old parts. The room was hot, elegant and clean. They sell olive oil and derived products. The breakfast was very diversified (essentially on sweets - glad for the 3 types of cheese and the prosciutto!) , delicious, in nice room with beautiful natural light. Price was fair for 2 adults and 1 child.

Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!
