The location is perfect—it's very close to many delicious restaurants and attractions. The service was 10/10, and the view from the room was beautiful. We could see both the train station and the sea, which made it very special. I also highly recommend booking their private onsen—it was a relaxing and fun experience!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the nebuta in the lobby give it so much charm and a luxurious feeling. Breakfast was spectacular, plenty of options to choose from and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly and professional. Check out was hassle free and fast and the location is great, it's such a short distance from the station and close to the main attractions in Aomori city. Beautiful view from the room looking out at the city.

Location is great! A few steps from the train station. Our room is Japanese style with sea view. Dinner was superb! They served Japanese traditional food set with wagyu and seafood buffet. Breakfast's buffet lines were impressive as well!! Onsen has two big indoor pools and one outdoor pool. Hot spring water is also serviced at our room's bath tub!! We were very happy!!!

This was a fabulous hotel! It was clean, spacious, had wonderful staff, and was in an excellent location for exploring Aomori. It was extremely well priced and exceeded our expectations. The amenities were also excellent and it made our experience in Aomori a very memorable one. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
