It was clean, the beds were nice and the shower great. There are hot baths available. The breakfast is excellent with both Asian and Continental Brekafast items. I loved staying there and definitely recommend it!

Hiramatsu has excellent breakfast and dinner. We cannot be more satisfied with the food. Always expect for the meal time. The 风吕 inside the room is lovely， and the view from the third floor watching out the Sengoku valley is stunning. Outside public-private bath is fabulous。 The staffs go far and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. We felt so pampered during the 2-day stay in the resort and hesitated to leave. Our carer 桥本 is so kind and patient, and she speaks Chinese so well that sometimes we forget she is Japanese LOL.

Outstanding hospitality! Attentive service and the room in the annex with private onsen was awesome. The food was so delicious, I ordered additional beef, which was very fair priced. Location is close to Togendai, which is a plus (close to Pirate Ship and Ropeway).

The onsen and the private tub in the room balcony were amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge. The breakfast was incredible and we also have dinner, which was also amazing, the atmosphere, the food, everything. It was a Awesome experience.
