The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are bigger than expected with a huge TV, water cooler, pyjamas, a jacuzzi & the best part, a private sauna within the bathroom. Some rooms will have a view of Mt Fuji but ours was facing the forest.

Location is little bit far. But service is excellent. Worth the money spending. The cost including the breakfast is really bonus for guest who stays in.
