Really lovely sauna, cold plunge and onsen free of charge. Very comfortable rooms with a full bath. Great value for money. Breakfast is good. Close to the station where you drop bikes after the Shimanami Kaido, so very convenient. Bike parking available. Luggage storage available.

Staff were exceptional. Rental car wouldn’t work so we had to call the rental car company. We asked a bilingual staff member to initiate the call for us. She did. During a 30 min call with AVIS, she stayed nearby us to assist if needed. Then when the repair van finally came, she stayed with us in the parking lot for 40 minutes to act as translator. She went above and beyond her job. Thank you so much!

It was in a quiet shopping street/arcade area. The owner was very welcoming, with the place easy to find. It was great value and I was the only one in the room during this evening. Overall, 10/10.
