I loved using the onsen daily and having an icypole after. The manga collection was very cool. The view of Fujisan was a great bonus.

The hotel is extremely close to Mishima JR Station, and there are several restaurants and bars around it. It is a good spot for you to take buses to other touristic locations in the region. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of Japanese side dishes for you to have with rice and also several "ocidental" options.

Nice and classic ryokan in Hakone with astonishing view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji (in a clear day). Yes, the shuttle bus schedule is very limited and too bad we arrived when there's no bus schedule. We finally catch a cab near Motohakone port to go to ryokan. We hope there will be more rooms with private bath available. Overall, it's a very nice experience and we would love to go back again.

Location was good. Didn't eat the breakfast there but everything was very clean. Room was small but cozy. Bathroom was a decent size. Environmental controls worked perfect. Staff was polite.

The most incredible stay on our Japan trip. Everything from the staff to the food and onsen facilities were incredible. The staff were so very accomodating, buses come around daily to take guests around hakone sights. My only regret is that we didnt stay long enough.

It was an amazing experience. The room, the hotel, everything was great and clean. Service was top. The only comment is the breakfast, very traditional for our taste. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
