The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you might need, even the floor heating. The employee at reception gave a lot of good recommendations and showed us every attraction near the hotel (there are a lot) on the map they provided. Also, we had bad luck with the weather, so all our clothes and shoes were soaked through. They offered us laundry, and when we said we had no time for it, unfortunately, they gave us a fan so we could dry everything in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!

The location is excellent — right by Seomyeon Station, close to restaurants, shopping streets, and the nightlife of Busan, yet the hotel is in a quiet spot, perfect for sleeping and relaxing. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. A special thanks to Mr. Park, who speaks perfect English and was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The entire staff were very welcoming and professional, always ready to help with directions and local recommendations. We thought this hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Busan. It was close to Jagalchi Market, which everyone should visit to see all the amazing seafood. BIFF was practically across the street and from there it was a few blocks to another market. Transportation to other sites was easily accessible. The hotel was clean, the room big by Asian standards, the amenities excellent, and the price was fine. The desk clerk spoke excellent English and was helpful. Breakfast had a good variety on offer.

I personally like the air purifier in the hotel room. Everything in the room looked new, stylish, and modern. Also, the location of the hotel is very close to the shopping street and seafood market, which made it easy for me and my friends to have dinner or a late-night snack (supper). The front desk of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
