Lots of choice and variety at breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff. Pool was nice for cooling down after a day in the city. They were willing to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than check-in so that we could go about our day.

The room was big and very new. Very comfortable bed and very nice view. Location of the hotel is quite well positioned with many things to found around. Staff is super helpful and very nice. Highly recommended

We stayed in the Club Grand Deluxe with Balcony and got a free upgrade to a river view room. The hotel fully exceeded our expectations. All the staff were super friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the location by the Chao Phraya River creates a perfect vibe!

Before checking into Ascott, I had never stayed at an Ascott property nor had i ever heard of the brand prior to booking. I had this image of the property in my mind and honestly my expectations weren't too high. But let me tell you, all that flew out the window the moment i arrived. The property itself was very clean and well maintained and the facilities was modern and luxurious, i was thoroughly impressed. My check in was quite pleasant and the room that i booked was just like it was online, thank goodness!!! A special shout out to our housekeeping lady, i think her name was Bruha. She really made our stay not only a comfortable one, but also a memorable one.
