The locker room to keep our bags and backpacks safely (with our own passcodes) before checking in or after checking out (had to catch a red eye flight), giving us the benefit of enjoying Taipei hands free. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and looked new. The staff there was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious for three people. The location was good if you like to shop for high tech products as there are two digital malls and several small shops across the street. Sogo is about 20 min walk. Transportation was convenient with a subway station right next to the hotel. The taxi fare was very reasonable and it cost 200 NTD to go to Ximending. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

The property was centrally-located and room we had was very clean. We also appreciated the little things they offered like tea and coffee. What we loved the most is the two staff members we met working at the front desk — they were so friendly, so cheerful, so welcoming, answered the many questions we had and they gave us amazing suggestions! Two of their restaurant suggestions were on point, and we appreciated them giving a personal suggestion. They were kind enough to also make reservations for us without us asking. Wow!! They truly made us feel at home and we felt so special! Would stay here again!
