There was a sumptuous breakfast with a very caring staff. The staff were friendly providing suggestions on activities to engage in and useful tips. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing and rooms were really spacious and impeccably maintained. The care exhibited by staff in the maintenance of the property was very evident. We were fortunate to have a room with a mountain view, providing a great sight from the balcony.

Our experience at Zizi Homestay in Sapa was a heartwarming journey of forming lifelong connections amidst the rugged beauty of nature. The lodge, perched on a mountain slope, provided an awe-inspiring backdrop for our trek. The guided trek led us through adventurous trails, traditional villages, and soulful conversations. Each step felt like a step towards embracing the simplicity of life. The amiable lodge manager organized cozy bonfires where we shared dreams and aspirations under the starlit sky. Back at the lodge, we were embraced with warmth and served with meals that felt like a taste of authenticity. As we bid farewell, we exchanged heartfelt letters, promising to stay connected beyond the mountains. Our time at Zizi Homestay was a journey of kinship that left us with hearts full of gratitude and cherished memories of Sapa's landscapes and the genuine connections we formed with our fellow adventurers. While our overall experience was fantastic, the lodge's traditional construction may present occasional challenges, but it added to the rugged allure of the mountain retreat. Some guests found the traditional bedding on the floor a bit different, but it added to the authentic lodge experience. These slight inconveniences were easily outweighed by the trek of kinship and the heartfelt hospitality of Zizi Homestay. We left with content hearts and a desire to return for more authentic moments in this mountain haven.

Staying at Sapa Warm Hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Sapa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist with genuine warmth and hospitality. They even offered us the option for an early check-in so we could rest and freshen up — a small additional fee that was absolutely worth it. Our room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, complete with toiletries, fresh towels, and bottled water. We were also lucky to be given a room with a scenic balcony view — the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was included and gave us a hearty start to our day. If I may suggest, adding a rice option to the breakfast menu would be perfect, especially for Asian travelers like myself who are used to having rice in the morning. We also requested a late check-out since our bus back to Hanoi was scheduled for 10 p.m., and the staff kindly accommodated our request. They even replaced our towels that same day — a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. While the hotel is situated a bit away from the town center, this turned out to be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet at night, away from the noise of busy streets. And if you do want to explore the town in the evening, it’s just a comfortable 10–15-minute walk.

Sapa Praha is perfect place ,quite but close to all attractions like cat cat village, night market and city centre. Reception is very helpful and friendly, nice lady Mao helped us to book walking tour to three villages, also she will offer you bikes for rend and tickets . Comfortable memory foam mattress, great Mountain View , breakfast, good restaurant -all you need to stay in Sapa. Recommend
