The staff was great very helpful and willing to help 💯. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a big balkany to enjoy the morning coffee. The hotel has a private parking and the breakfast was great and very tasty.

This apartment definitely had the best value for the money of all accomodations I've ever stayed at - and there were hundreds during seven years of travelling. The location was close to the centre, the size was huge and there was everything needed even for long stays. It had aircon units in the living room as well as in the bedroom, there's a washing machine and even a dishwasher, an oven and a hotplate, a fridge with freezer, a TV, a big couch, a table with 4 chairs and on the balcony another small table with 2 chairs - really everthing. And there was this amazing view from the balcony on the 8th floor overlooking the whole city with the Rozafa Castle and the surrounding mountains! The building has 2 lifts, so there are hardly any waiting times, and they have an underground car park, where I could safely lock my bike. There's a supermarket and a cafe in the building and a bakery right across the street. I planned to stay 1 or 2 nights, but ended up staying a whole week. This place is highly recommended!

It was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. On the first night we were late for dinner and they were happy to prepare some food for us, we were very grateful.Went on the horses. If they see that you are not confident then they will allow you to ride in the ring They were very flexible. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were not super hard which was good. Shkoder city centre was a 10 minute drive. Advice would be to have a car. Can find restaurants and shops there.

My father and I felt like the hotel and the staff were one big family for us. Everything was great, all the staff and owners were so friendly and amazing and no matter how much I write it will not be enough. I recommend everyone to come and enjoy their stay in this wonderful hotel, to meet the amazing people and also visit this fascinating village where everyone just enters your heart with their kindness. Will definitely come back and strongly recommend!! The breakfast was very good and the location is perfect, very clean and accessible

This spot could not be more perfect for backpackers exploring Shkoder or the surrounding areas. The staff were all excellent, making us feel like friends almost immediately, and made significant accommodations for us throughout our stay. The room was clean and in good condition. Great vibe and cool history, would 100% stay here again.
