The staff is very helpful, the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from and the room was really clean. Also the location makes it very easy to visit all of the palaces in the area.

We were greeted with a tasty welcome drink—mulled wine. The view from the room and the terrace was amazing. The decor had a cozy, homey feel and really set a great vibe.

The host was extra helpful and prepared fussen passes for us to take bus for free. There is almost nothing to complain about the house in the heart of the old town.

The location was amazing, the layout of the rooms made you feel like you had come home, we have a 2kg mini dog and they didn't try to give us a different room for her like many other hotels did, they are thurly animal friendly hotel. This family-run hotel is set in an idyllic location amidst meadows, mountains, castles and lakes, in Horn, between Füssen and Schwangau, in the beautiful Allgäu region. Probably best food we had in Bavaria; including competing against some other 5 star resorts we stayed at.
