Wonderful breakfast buffet and an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner meals (note the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Its a few minutes' walk to the Cathedral, the lake and lot of shops and restaurants. Easy parking on site. Family owned and operated. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs.

Situated in Oberafiesl, 50 km from Casino Linz, Hotel AVIVA - für Singles & Alleinreisende features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. we did not know it was a "Singles" hotel but it was fine for my mother and us. People were friendly and staff was lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and views were breathtaking. The forest and field/trail walks were lovely and hiking and swimming were our major pass times as well as visiting with friends. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor pond a great plunging pond in September after a hot tub visit. Dinners were exceptional and breakfast is "healthy" with many choices. There is always a vegan/vegetarian option available.

Set less than 1 km from Casino Linz, Rilke Apartments in Linz offers rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. The accommodation was excellent, lovely and spacious for three of us. It is right in the centre of Linz. There is an elevator and stairs too if you prefer, it is on the third floor. The bedroom has two doors, lovely and comfortable and spacious feel. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
