The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

Ascott Raffles City Chengdu offers luxurious apartments with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The apartments all feature upscale amenities and some units are fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Super comfortable. Great location with a lot of shops and cafes. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended by the Lonely Planet Guidebook, Teddy Bear Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mount Emei Scenic Area. It houses a teddy bear themed Café and accommodation with free internet access. I liked everything about my experience at the teddy bear hotel. First, the hotel is owned by a very lovely family, they welcome you very warmly and they would make everything to make sure you have the best experience. The nicest people! Second, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely believe this hotel is the best option in the area. The price is very honnest.
