Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

Our entire group was very pleased with our stay, and would certainly book again if we return to Quito. The staff were exceptionally helpful, from arranging car transportation to recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast was some of the best we have ever had and all our rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is in short walking distance to everything we visited in the historic center. We also loved that the hotel had a nice Ecuadorian feel to it...far above a standard place!

My mom and I traveled from Cotacachi for an overnight medical test at Hospital Axxis. The staff was amazing and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The taxi service back to the hospital in the morning saved us so much stress. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. 10/10 would recommend.

Situated in Latacunga, Hotel Maderanegra By Huasicama features a shared lounge. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We liked everything! It is a very nice place, no noise, good resting place, a good breakfast common areas, free tea available, waterdispenser, beautiful terrace with a view on Cotopaxi if it wants to show itself ;) We could also leave our bags for the time we did a hike in the area.

Set in Chugchilán, Hostal Doña Clarita Inn features accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. The incredibly warm welcome of smiles and beautiful hospitality, along with a happy dog and cat, it felt like we were stepping into a home. It was the best and calmest place with A variety of teas, boiling water, drinking water, coffee, homemade cookies and banana bread upon arrival with the fire lit for us to get all cosy after our walk along the trail. Super friendly vibes, community dinner was exceptional and the vegan option was the best I’ve had in Ecuador. The views over the valley are beautiful and clear sky’s meant for tea under the stars in the evening :)

The personnel at the hotel were very nice and dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. They provided great recommendations and even packed us a box breakfast for our early morning flight. The facilities were very comfortable and I was glad I chose a local hotel.
