Located in Glaston, 33 km from Leicester Railway Station, The Old Pheasant provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Nestled in a small village enroute to our trip north, it was a perfect place to stop. Bernard and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and modern. Bernard gave us tips on how to use the coffee machine and charge our phones. Also supplied us with a number to contact if we had any questions! Breakfast was delish and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again AND again!

Second time we have stayed here and refered it to friends. Lovely location with excellent service and staff. We will stay again. DINNER WAS Beautifully served in a relaxing setting.

Nestled close to the shores of Rutland Water, just 5 minutes’ drive from Oakham and a 50-minute drive from Leicester. Loved the room as requested one in ground floor as eyesight not good so difficult on stairs. Room Very nice, clean and comfy bed and very warm.
