Everything. The staff was extremely polite, always with a smile on their face, ready to help you and they make the whole experience really special and memorable. The room was very clean and the location was good. We took our breakfast in our room and it was lovely. They even prepared for us a breakfast box in order to give it to us since we were about to go to activity before the breakfast hours.

From the staff to the rooms all the way to the food and drinks. They offer a guided trip with a private driver which was amazing. Our driver was Rati who we can't thank enough. Elso everyone at the reception Dwi, Ajus, Yude... was amazing. I almost forgot about the relaxing morning yoga - it was great!

I travelled alone, and while this place allowed me to enjoy solitude - I did not feel alone, all thanks to the exceptionally hospitable staff and other kind guests. The location of this property is a short walk from the Ubud city centre but in a decently quiet neighbourhood. The shuttle service is such a thoughtful additional service offered to the guests, which makes getting around super easy. I will definitely be coming back to this place! The pool is always well maintained and kept super clean. The staff really do go out of their way to make staying here a special experience.

Puri Garden Hotel & Hostel is located on Pengosekan Street, in the foothills of Ubud village, the cultural centre of Bali. I loved the backyard/hang out area and all the activities, including free massages and mani/pedi. The breakfast was great, the room nice and clean, and all the other travellers were fun and friendly. Very beautiful hotel, room specious and very clean, the jacuzzi from our suite was perfect , the pool amazing and not forgetting Emiek and Novia from the reception, they were fantastic . Gdas Bali is not simply a resort, it’s a full experience, surrounded by joyful and kind people. The food and drinks were surprisingly good (and I say this as a non-vegan!). Our bungalow with a private pool made the stay truly unforgettable. The real highlight of our trip, however, was Agung, our new friend who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and more. His kindness made our stay extra special.
