However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever. Housed in one of Amritsar's oldest mansions, Ranjit's Svaasa, a 200 year old Heritage Boutique Haveli is a luxurious spa retreat located just off Mall Road. Everything but slow and intermittently unoperative wi-fi. They arranged a private taxi for the border ceremony with a relatively reasonable price, which was very time-saving and comfortable.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
