This is an incredibly beautiful hotel. The room is well appointed with everything you could need including c-charging adapters built in to the headboard. The bed is the most comfortable bed in all our stays throughout Iceland. The breakfast in unreal and the selection of fresh, quality food is unlike any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The view surrounding the hotel is really beautiful and parking is plentiful. The hotel provides robes and slippers for the hot tub and the view of the glacier and mountains is perfect while you soak. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay and room service is lightening fast!

Set in Geysir, 100 metres from Geysir, Hotel Geysir offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. 10 out of 10 this place. They charge you a premium price and unlike other hotels in Iceland you actually do get a PREMIUM experience. The room was designed to a standard which makes their nightly rates logical (unlike other hotels in Iceland). It was worth every cent in my eyes. Comfortable bed. Very nice bathtub. We had an amazing night and the tomahawk at their restaurant was sublime. You need to keep in mind that other places in Iceland will charge you same amount and you will NOT even remotely get your money's worth. That is not the case here.

The host and her family here was most hospitable people and gave us ample tips in Icelandic places to visit since we were doing a 10 days of ring road with our 9 year old .And they made sure we had a good stay at his comfortable place and got us free waffles and coffee even though it was not part of the stay.

This place is amazing. Very comfy. The sauna and hot tub are on the roof. The restaurant is open a little later than local places so we had some dinner after a long day of exploring. They also do daily excursions one can purchase, however we had a rental and were self touring.

The family-owned Hótel Lækur is set on an Icelandic horse farm, between the Golden Circle and the south coast. Hella is 10 minutes’ drive away. It offers a sun terrace and a guest lounge. Lovely quiet area and theres a river right by the hotel. Very comfortable.

This little house is very cozy and very well equipped. We didn’t notice while making a reservation but the place has a gas grill! How awesome is that!
