We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

It was greatly appreciated to have one international receptionist speaking French. He gave us good advice. We also used the laundry facilities, very convenient and secured with a special code.
