The hotel sent a shuttle service from their area about 10 minutes away and the pick-up was swift. The driver was very funny and helpful with loading and unloading. The staff at the hotel were kind with checking in and the hotel was very well designed. It was a lovely hotel and perfect for the last few days of a trip. We just ubered when we wanted to go somewhere with no issues getting back to the main part of the city. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and service was exceptional. I would stay here again before flying out of Nairobi.
