Even though we didn't meet the landlady the check-in went extremely smoothly. Željka gave us all the instructions and recommendations via WhatsApp. The room is very cozy with a homely feeling. You have a small sitting area in front of the room. The location is good, you can reach Kotor old town within ~15 min by foot (we recommend walking along the bay instead of the main road, which is very busy).

The apartment is very nice and very nicely equipped, you have everything you need in it. The view of the bay is amazing. Check-in is very easy, Andrea is an amazing host, she is very dedicated to you as a guest, she will give you all the necessary information about the apartment and what you can visit in the city. The distance to the old town is a 10-minute walk. It was a very nice gesture that a bottle of local wine was left for us as a welcome drink. We had a great time, and I'm sure we'll be back again.

The parking space (underground), interior, the VIEW - everything was just top-notch. We were also provided with a very detailed guide on how to arrive to the property and what we can do in the city (a list of places to eat and visit). Will be staying at that place again without a doubt.

Absolutely everything was amazing: I have no words to describe the level of hospitality (the owners are probably the best hosts we ever had!), and the property is just adorable: lots of space, flowers, trees, little vegetable garden, animals (which not just our little son, but all of us absolutely loved), peace and quiet. All the facilities are super comfortable, everything is new, clean and you’ve got literally all you might need. This was an exceptional experience! Thanks a million, we will definitely return!

5.2 km from Saint Sava Church, Residenza Apartments is a recently renovated property set in Kotor and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Everything was perfect. Sandra and İrena made us feel very welcomed. Apartments were very clean and new. Very good location like 10 mins to Kotor old town. We will come back next year.
