Everything, from the luxurious and warm welcome to the very last bits of details, Danna did a great job. Special mention for Amirul, the lovely staff who works at the restaurant. He went above and beyond to make our daughter a nice bowl of chicken soup noodle when he realised that her bowl of tom yum soup noodle was perhaps too spicy for a 6-year-old’s liking. We enjoyed the large pool, gym and the kids play area!

Stayed for 4d3n (3 bedroom). All perfect, toilet, bedroom, pool all clean. Their staff was very helpful (with smiles ☺️), perfect for family with kids to stay.

Tasty breakfast available each morning with a small buffet section & freshly cooked food brought to you. Really warm & welcoming owners. Close enough to the beach and restaurant. Good WiFi and fan as well as a hot shower. Free pick up/drop off at the airport and 20myr for a pick up from the ferry.

The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The uncle (owner) was attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. We would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing stay. We will definitely be returning for future visits.

It was my first time staying at Ritz Carlton property. And I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we step there till the very last second we had a wonderful time. Every staffs we encounter were very professional and on top of their game. Services were splendid. Food was perfection, every meal we had was exceptional. Buggy service was very quick too, not once had to wait more than couple of minutes. The ambience was gorgeous. Room service was another amazing experience, coming back to our room and seeing all the little details that our housekeeping team had done to make our stay comfortable was such a special experience. Leaving a hotel was a bitter sweet feeling since we had such memorable stay.
