He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. The owner is so nice and kind and his family, they always tried to help me, and the jungle safari was soooo fun!

The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Loved the bath tub!! The pool area was very relaxing. The gardens were also nicely kept and manicured. All the staff were friendly and the food was exceptional.

Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They helped us enjoy ourselves at the resort and to book socially responsible tours, where elephant safari etc. were directly advised against. The hotel area is super cozy, and its beautiful garden and stylish buildings helps to create a proper safari vibe, though the hotel is merely a hotel/bnb and not a resort. Would definitely recommend visiting this place!

Everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and responsive. The food was exceptional. The rooms were well kept and the sunset view was icing on the cake.

Set just 1.5 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Glampin By Tharu Garden features accommodation in Sauraha with access to a garden, a tennis court, as well as luggage storage space. Super clean & super spacious rooms with beautiful garden view. Staffs were welcoming & helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

As a solo, female traveller, I could not recommend Traveller’s jungle camp enough. Well-located, clean and incredibly friendly, I could not have been looked after better. Mr Gopal not only provided great recommendations but was also a fantastic guide - the tour down the river and safari walk were fantastic. The team - in particular Mr Gopal and Saugat - were also brilliant in their endeavours to get me back to Kathmandu when it looked like my flight may not go due to bad weather. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
