The building is beautiful, both on the inside and the outside. There is delicious (and free) coffee from a coffee-maker in the wonderful lounge.

The facility is new with stylish finishing. We stayed at the property twice during our NZ trip. The staff was accommodating, and assisted us with our luggage storage while we went on the TransAlpine tour package. It is a 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. All the three rooms we have stayed had a kitchenettes, with sufficient cooking tools for a light meal. Bed was comfortable.

Room is quite big and clean. Love the bathroom, I with I could make my bathroom like this 😅 love the towel warmer .

Kaikoura Waterfront Apartments provides beachfront accommodation in Kaikoura. The property features sea and mountain views, and is 200 metres from Kaikoura Beach. We were a bit troubled by the road closure, but the staff kindly helped us with alternative route suggestions and other concerns. They were patient and very pleasant throughout — much appreciated!

I loved everything about this place, but especially the people! The manager (or owner) helped me out one day (I am still so thankful for that!) and the staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely remember the lovely chat I had with the girl by checkout. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant in Kaikoura! (About the room: big, super clean, nice view from the balcony, feels homey.)
