I regretted that we only stayed for 1 night 😢. Should have stayed for more nights !! Starting from the free shuttle bus from Taichung HSR Station , the friendly and approachable staff ,the huge, modern and clean room overlooking the lake , the room onsen and the hotel onsen and sauna, the restaurant ( Shao Chinese restaurant - the hotel is so kind to provide my daughter the complimentary ‘longevity peach ‘ for desert for her birthday ) and the location which is literally only 2 mins walk to the Ita Shao shopping street where you can grab all sorts of food and things . We love this hotel so much that we are already booking another trip next year to stay for a few nights !

Attractively located in Sun Moon Lake district of Yuchi, Lake B&B has a shared lounge. Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The room was clean, quite big and the bathroom has dryer and really high tech. The hosts (oh my God) are very helpful and always try to make our stay comfortable. They are very friendly and always try to show you good places to visit. Really really really love their hospitality. English was obviously not their first language, but boy they really tried their best to communicate with us. And I must say they did a really good job. I don't have problem understanding them.

日月潭沅居民宿 YUAN JU BOUTIQUE Hotel is set in Yuchi and offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, as well as access to a terrace. Lovely family owned B&B, staff were so courteous and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a king size bed and good sized bathroom. There was a shared fridge and water dispenser available to use. We were given a voucher for free bike hire and cheaper boat trip when booking with the B&B. Breakfast was homemade and just the right portion size with salad and fruit which was welcomed at this point of the trip! Location was very close to 7/11 and close to the pier. Would highly recommend for your visit to Sun Moon Lake!
