Awesome hotel for us, our room was huge and very clean, shower was great with good pressure. Staff were fantastic. We arrived not realizing we had left our Passports at previous hotel. Viola, on reception, got on to it right away and they arrived the following morning, before breakfast! Service with a smile. Hotel is just a 7 min walk to Taimall. We used the bikes for free to ride to Seafood Market, also used the massage chairs! Can't rate our stay high enough, so glad we found it and if we ever come back to Taipei will definitely stay here again.

This property is located on the 5th floor of the departure hall. I was able to sleep without worrying about how to get to the airport for my early morning flight. This is very convenient and very clean and organized.

Shower was strong but due to the level ground from shower area into the toilet area, shower water tended to overflow out and wet the entire place. Beds were comfortable.
