They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Situated in Lake Placid, 2.3 km from Lake Placid, Lake Placid Inn Boutique Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a tennis court. We absolutely loved our stay here! Our room and all the common areas were incredibly clean. Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and so incredibly helpful. It was really great value for our money, and very close to the main part of the village. Breakfast was awesome! Huge kudos to all the staff; especially the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the staff in charge of breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!
