We enjoyed that the location was out of the city, made it so much more quiet and comfortable. Linh helped with everything from tours to motorbike hire and everything was at a fantastic price. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and kind. The location is pretty good, easy walking distance to the ancient town. We used the spa services and they were great. The breakfast food was really awesome to, good variety and quality. The room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The facilities are in really good shape. It felt like a boutique hotel with all the amenities and tour options of a large hotel.
