Linh was an excellent host, all the staff were friendly and helpful and was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at ever. We enjoyed that the location was out of the city, made it so much more quiet and comfortable. Linh helped with everything from tours to motorbike hire and everything was at a fantastic price. Would 100% stay again.

It's a paradise hotel. We really enjoyed the tranquility and nature that this place provides. It was very easy to get to town as they provide shuttle service. The staff has been very friendly and proactive in facilitating any request that we had. Just as an example: we forgot the hotels umbrella at a restaurant in town and they offered to go get it and pick it up at no extra charge. The spa was excellent too. We went twice and absolutely enjoyed it.

The well appointed connecting rooms suited our family of four. An excellent breakfast buffet was provided, with pleasant outdoor seating by the riverside. The complimentary foot massage in the soothing spa environment was a thoughtful inclusion, and the rooftop pool is very clean and pleasant. The cooking class in the hotel’s floating restaurant was a lovely, relaxed finish to our stay.

The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and kind. The location is pretty good, easy walking distance to the ancient town. We used the spa services and they were great. The breakfast food was really awesome to, good variety and quality. The room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The facilities are in really good shape. It felt like a boutique hotel with all the amenities and tour options of a large hotel.

Nice bath tub and amenities. Staff was very friendly, we felt like home. I really liked the location, is a little walk from the market and bars, witch was a good thing to relax in our vacation. Ai night we slept with very nice nature sound and was amazing.
