Amazing place amazing location .The breakfast the Dinner were spot on. The staff really polite and smiled. The salt pool was something I was nicely surprised how good is made with all the mountain view . The best break Holiday I ever had with my family . We spent three wonderful days in a real Swiss village! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — with majestic mountains, a peaceful lake and the fresh scent of country life all around. Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even gave us a better room than we booked, which made my girlfriend’s birthday feel even more special. Waking up to that view on such a day — just wow! She was very attentive to my request and went out of her way to help — truly appreciated! The rooms had everything we needed, and the small kitchen was a perfect addition. There’s also a large shared kitchen downstairs and even laundry facilities, which was a big plus. A special thank you for the coffee machine and the capsules — a real treat for coffee lovers like us! One more big bonus — the parking was spacious, free, and totally stress-free, which made everything so much easier since we were traveling by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which came in really handy for quick snacks or groceries. My girlfriend and I recommend this place 1000%! Thank you, Eva!

The hospitality was excellent. Muna and Lucien were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful. The room was also excellent with a view of the castle. It's in the old town, so it's guaranteed you will have an awesome, genuine experience.

The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

    We stayed at the Niessen Apartment. The view was absolutely stunning. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts, Della and the entire Wicki family, are exceptionally welcoming and responsive. The apartment is immaculate, and the outdoor sitting area is cozy and charming

    The owner is very nice and kind as well as helpful in carrying our luggage There is washing machine and oven Also A/C in the setting room only The weather is ok during our stay But in Aug, july and June I believe the A/Z will not be enough.
