Very-very calm! The sound isolated room was just what I needed. No slamming doors, no traffic noise at all - despite being next to a very busy road. This newly built hotel is just two steps away from metro station Népliget and also Tram Nr 1. They have an eye on every detail, to make you feel comfortable. The interieur design is sober, modern and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and competent. The restaurant offers quality food and there is space for everybody. They adapt well to the different flux of guests and the breakast was not a hectic experience, despite an exceptionally busy morning on Sunday. Bravo!

Alyona was our contact on arrival. She was helpful. Apartment is amazing. Modern and clean. Visited as Mother and son. I slept in the large double and it was sooo comfortable. Had I been sharing the bed with someone I'm not sure how the duvet would cover us both. My son said the sofa bed was comfortable too. The location is perfect. Very close to the 100E bus shuttle from/to airport. Bathroom was good size and the shower was clean and very powerful. Milk, water and juice on arrival in fridge. Safe area and fast lift. Our apartment was on the 5th floor.

    "One of the best accomodations we have ever been. We travel to Budapest frequently, both for business and for a holiday and this place way exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and tidy, location is in walking distance to major attractions and the apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The hosts are super kind and quick with replies. The memory beds were amazing, we had a sleep like home. Ideal choice for a business or a holiday stay. We will come back for sure."

    The best location in town, but quiet at the same time. 20 metres from the best breakfast and minutes from two clubs for great parties. We have stayed in 3 other accommodations before, but next time this is definitely a choice for us again

    This is one of the best Bookings I've stayed at! Sandor was amazing and gave us a warm welcome with some drinks and pancakes and the apartment itself is spotless. The location is perfect ,I don't think you can do much better for Budapest, rooms are spacious and everything is super clean and tidy. Even the building is quite amazing compared to other accommodations in Budapest.Comfortable for 4 people,but possible for 6. Communication with the owner was very easy and nice! We will be back for sure :)

    I must say that I really enjoyed staying here! My friends particularly liked the fact it was in the city center and very close to the Budapest Eye. Going to bars and restaurants turned out to be unexpectedly easy too! Also, being someone that pays attention to the style and tidiness of the room, I was very happy if it’s cleanness and delightful decoration! We also can’t complain about the cost, which is really affordable compared to a lot of other accommodations in Budapest. Overall, we are super satisfied.

    Peter clearly takes great pride in his accommodations. He was responsive and helpful with suggestions for Budapest. He arranged a transfer from the airport and then to the train station when we left. Peter met us promptly when we arrived and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment. Out of the 25 different hotels/apartments that we stayed in over the last 12 months in Europe and the US, this was in our top 2. We couldn't have asked for a better place in Budapest. It was spacious, well-designed, and comfortable.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Budapest Holidays Residence! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. The accommodations were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. Adam, our host, was very helpful and welcoming! He even helped us book a Danube river cruise with dinner which was absolutely amazing and vastly appreciated!
