C'est spécial pour moi, car je suis arrivé en chine. La personne qui devait m'héberger m'à laisser tomber. Donc ils mon expliqué plein de choses. J'ai décidé de partir le lendemain pour être plein centre ville. Métro ect tout en ultra proximité. Mais très bonne établissement, sont venus me chercher à aéroport après mon déboires, le temps que je trouve une solution à la situation.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this motel. Every time I fly to Guangzhou, I stay here because it is on the opposite side of the airport and has easy access to it. (You don't hear anything from the airport. I would like to thank Miss Ayleein at the front desk, who is quite helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the driver met me at the gate, which was extremely convenient since I only had dollars with me. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my time there. I was especially grateful that they allowed me to stay with my dog without any additional charges. Another highlight was the late checkout at 2 PM, something I rarely find at other hotels. Highly recommend!

Steven at reception was amazing. We needed some documents printed and we struggled to find the printing place. Steven took us to the store and even stayed to translate. This hotel is relatively affordable considering it's a chain. Close to the airport. Spacious and has everything you needed. Breakfast was great too with a large selection of chinese and western foods.

Excellent hotel and staff! The room was very comfortable and spacious, very clean, with wonderful beds and bedding. Slippers and robes were provided. The air conditioning worked well. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent! The hotel is right next to the airport, but the planes taking off and landing did not disturb our sleep when the windows and curtains were closed. The blackout curtains made the room dark and cozy for sleeping, and they also helped block sound. The only minor downside was that the bathroom walls were not as soundproof—but that was manageable. The staff were very attentive and caring, helping us with every question. We arrived quite late and the hotel restaurant was already closed. At reception, they offered late-night guests free hot food—several dishes to choose from—plus tea, coffee, and a soft drink. That was a very pleasant surprise. We also got a bit lost at the airport and couldn’t immediately find the hotel shuttle stop. We messaged the hotel and they quickly guided us to the right place, where the shuttle picked us up. Honestly, we were sorry to stay only one night. I would have loved to spend several days at such a hotel! A few small suggestions to improve the hotel further: first, please add a shoehorn in the rooms. Not everyone wears slippers or sandals, and a shoehorn makes it easier to put on shoes. Second, add some furniture on the balcony. A couple of simple wicker chairs and a small table would make it much more comfortable to sit outside, enjoy a coffee, and watch the airplanes take off.
