The hotel family picked up us very carefully from the airport, prepared clean and very comfortable room, in a very quiet and beautiful place. I’m so grateful for your hospitality and care! I loved how close it was to the airport and how incredible the taxi service provided by the staff was. They were willing to pick us up at a late time (1 am) no problem. And the next day we wanted to see the pandas at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Pandas and they gave us a ride to the train station and gave us a detailed map with directions of how to get there. They let us store our bags with them all day and then met us back at the airport station to bring our bags back to us! It was exceptional service provided by the B&B, I was super impressed. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and for helping us get around so efficiently! They also gave us these cute pandas head bands for free 😊

Very relaxing late at night watching the lights change over the Waterfall. We had an early morning flight and the staff had a breakfast bag organised in the lobby for us before our transport arrived. Totally unexpected but so lovely.

Both, morning and evening shift. They were the best! The room was nice and clean. The airport shuttle was another bonus.
